TR:Why did you select commercial modelling and what is the advantage of commercial modelling compared to other types of modelling?
VM: I choose commercial modeling because i felt that my strength lies in that area since my height would not allow me to do pageant. Also that i was married and working i wanted something that would allow a balance in my day to day.

TR:With economy crisis being the main challenge faced in Africa how has the crisis affected your country's modelling industry?
VM: Well one of the major challenges caused by the economy is that of delayed payments, you do an advert and they take a long time to pay, also agencies end up repeating an advert using the same pictures rather than doing another shoot to cut costs, which is a disadvantage on the models.
