One of the exciting designer to look  out for is non other than one the most creative designer from Pretoria, her name is Nokwakha Qobo.she uses a various material including newspapers to create her stunning garments.her journey started when she was only 17 years old...throughout her own life she has to through a lot..and she tells her life journey through her designs.

The AFTV first saw her work at recent Tshwane Fashion Festival,as she left every one amazed one the first day of the opening of the show and she was asked to showcased again the next day.this was as a results of people demanding to see her work on stage once more time.We are sure that once again as she will be showcasing at Soweto Fashion Week A/W17,she will leave the audience amazed.

We have also spoken to some the models who will taking part at this year's Soweto Fashion Week A/W17.one of those models was Jessica who has told us that she is really excited to be part of the show and she told us that she has been practicing her walk in front of the mirror at home as to prepare herself..when we asked her what it means to me part of the show, she mentioned that the platform is very big and she is honoured to walk on such big platform and always looks forward to working with all the designers that the show always has.
